Host a Partner Event

Be a Part of WorldPride DC 2025!

The Capital Pride Alliance is partnering with organizations, businesses, and promoters (PARTNERS) to assist in creating a “Pride” experience full of diverse LGBTQ+ events and activities for WorldPride, Washington, DC 2025. A “Partner Event” is an event, activity, or program (EVENT) sanctioned by the Capital Pride Alliance as part of the official calendar for WorldPride DC 2025.

Guidelines

  • PARTNER assumes all responsibility, financial costs, and liability for the planning, production and implementation of the EVENT.
  • The PARTNER must support the Capital Pride Alliance mission, and the EVENT must enhance the overall WorldPride experience.
  • The EVENT must provide a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.

Important to Note

  • The Capital Pride Alliance (CPA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
  • CPA was awarded the WorldPride license from InterPride through June 2025. It will then be passed to Amsterdam Pride.
  • Only CPA and sanctioned partner events will be permitted to promote their events as part of WorldPride.
  • Events promoting themselves as a part of WorldPride without a partnership agreement will be subject to legal action.

Partner Event Packages

  • Event Type A: Free EVENT
  • Event Type B: Ticketed EVENT

*For social media posts and stories, event organizer must provide finished artwork for approval.

Basic Listing – A: $100 | B: $250

  1. Event Calendar Listing: Text listing on the official WorldPrideDC event calendar (website and mobile app).

Standard Listing – A: $500 | B: $1000

  1. Event Calendar Listing: Full listing with event image on the official WorldPrideDC event calendar (website and mobile app).
  2. Partner Event Logo: Use of the official WorldPrideDC partner logo on marketing materials.
  3. Social Media Promotion: One (1) mutually agreed upon scheduled social media (Instagram, Facebook, and X) post and story promoting the event.
  4. Newsletter: Text listing in one (1) select e-newsletter.

Featured Listing – A: 2500 | B: $5000

  1. Featured Event Calendar Listing: Full listing with event image on the official WorldPrideDC event calendar (website and mobile app).
  2. Partner Event Logo: Use of the official WorldPrideDC partner logo on marketing materials.
  3. Enhanced Social Media Promotion: Two (2) mutually agreed upon scheduled social media (Instagram, Facebook, and X) post and story promoting the event.
  4. Newsletter: Full listing with event image in one (1) select e-newsletter.
  5. Dedicated Email Blast: One (1) dedicated email blasts to Capital Pride/WorldPride’s mailing list of over 35,000 recipients.
  6. WorldPride Ticket Site: Event included on WorldPride’s official ticket site with option to use WorldPride’s ticket platform or redirect to event hosted ticket platform.
  7. Partner Recognition: Organization logo included on website as a WorldPride supporter.
  8. WorldPride Homepage: Featured in rotating web banner.

  4. Events with a capacity over 2,000: A CPA staff member will contact you to craft a custom package.
